Carnivale Wedding - Lainey & Jeff
I'm going to make 2 assumptions here: 1) Every guy dreams of having a girl up for making each day "epic" the way Lainey goes one for one with Jeff. 2) Every girl dreams of having a guy look at her like Jeff looks at Lainey. Case in point (and jumping a little out of order): We are talking about this look right here...If everyone woman looking at this post didn't just sigh a little at that photo I think they are lying ;-)These two are beyond meant for each other. Mix together their sweet, caring personalities with their "let's do this" make the most out of each day approach to life and you have one of the most emotional yet fun wedding days I've been allowed to bear witness to. What you see below is only a snippet of the love felt between and surrounding these two wonderful people. From Jeff's catcalls as Lainey took portraits by herself, letting the world know how excited he was to marry this gorgeous woman, followed by toasts from each of their siblings that didn't leave a dry eye in the room (including my own) the display of joy, heartfelt emotion and downright fun during Lainey & Jeff's Carnivale wedding day is exactly what weddings were meant to be. Carnivale of course provided the unique atmosphere to bring together all of these feelings under one room and usher in guests to the life Lainey & Jeff have planned for themselves. This is only a sneak peek into the emotion of Jeff & Lainey's First Look! I find it very important to keep some of the most intimate moments private for our couples until they are allowed to see them first. The bridal party to beat all bridal parties. That's 25 people folks! Originally, as I was pressing the shutter, I thought this photo would be an outtake. I was simply testing the light in this dark colorful hallway of Carnivale while we waited for Jeff to come back and snuggle up with Lainey. But with Lainey's beautiful balance of elegance mixed with a colorful punch of funk, it's too perfect to be an outtake anymore. Nothing, not even a First Look, can take away the emotion of that walk down the aisle. Mazel tov! They're married!! From the patch of sunlight on the bridge at just the perfect time earlier in the day to the charm on her bouquet, we knew Lainey's mom had been watching over her all day but what Lainey didn't know until this very moment was that her dad & sister had secretly had a small piece of her mom's own wedding dress sown into the underside of Lainey's skirt - literally making sure their mom was alongside her every step of the way. There were no slow dances for this crowd! In true celebratory fashion, each first dance, including Lainey & Jeff's, was packed full of energy. I can't help but love the transition of emotion in Lainey's face as the horah began! And as the horah completed, samba dancers joined to usher in the rest of the evening's celebration. Congratulations Lainey & Jeff! Being a part of your big day was such a joy and I am so lucky to have been able to document your beautiful story. I can't wait to see your love continue to grow all the more throughout your lifetime together.
