Chicago Ivy Room Wedding – Kelli & Robert
Whether sitting on the couch binging on Netflix or sitting in a world famous cafe in Paris, as long as Kelli is sitting next to Robert and Robert can have his arm wrapped around Kelli, life is as it should be. Mother Nature may not have kept up her end of the bargain, but that didn’t stop Kelli & Robert from having an absolutely gorgeous Ivy Room wedding day.
From Kelli’s 96 year old grandmother dancing her way down the aisle after they were pronounced husband & wife to Robert’s daughter’s heartfelt toast that didn’t leave a dry eye in the room, the deeply felt love surrounded by gorgeous details is exactly what wedding dreams are made of. Add to that what Kelli & Robert don’t know… In true seriously-meant-to-be-together-forever fashion, these two mimicked each other’s actions and emotions perfectly leading up to the ceremony. Amidst separate family photo times so as to make sure no one saw each other, I witnessed a unique anxious excitement radiating from both Kelli & Robert. When I asked each of them how they were feeling they both simply said, “I’m ready. Let’s do this already!”
I was honored to be a part of Kelli & Robert’s dream team of Chicago professionals. Nothing excites me more than waking up on a Saturday morning to work alongside the geniuses of Nicole at LK Events and Erin with Revel Decor. As always, these two knocked it out of the park as well as the rest of the amazing professionals listed below.
