Before Sarah & Michael’s Cape Cod wedding, I had never been to The Cape. Naturally, when you’ve never been somewhere the ideas you have of that place generally can’t help but be stereotypical. For me, the mention of Cape Cod stirs visions of lounging in an oversized Adirondack chair, sporting a chunky knit sweater over an Oxford button-up, watching the East Coast wind crash waves against a rocky shore. Cape Cod means summers spent with different friends than those at school and the Kennedy’s. I think of the timeless style of Jackie Onassis with her hats, gloves and pearls. While the word stereotype doesn’t always conjure positive feelings, in this case, I couldn’t be a more positive comparison. After all, what lady doesn’t mind being likened to Jackie O?

I had no idea what to look for when I started looking into wedding photographers. Rebecca was so helpful. She made sure I didn’t have to worry about a single thing on the day of the wedding and definitely went above and beyond the average photographer.
